upto 8mb

On the 6th of April I requested an upgrade to 'upto 8mb'. On the 17th of April I received an email from PN telling me the process had started. Then, 15 minutes later, I received an identical email from Force9. Since then my line hasn't got any faster. Is there a problem?

It looks like the upgrade has not been placed as yet so I will do this for you manually and the line should be upgraded in the next few days. Cheesy

Not too sure TBH, you should only have got one email Cheesy
