just got this message from plusnet (ticket)Your Contact Us Ticket has been placed on hold until Wednesday 15th September while BT perform the regrade on your line.....a regrade fee of 14 pound has been taken,does this mean that on the 15 sep after bt do their thing that i will upgraded to 1mb that day ,,??cheers p

Hopefully yes, but there have been delays on BT's part due to the hugh volume of regrades that are having to do. PlusNet will check wth BT on the 15th and if the work has not been completed, will put the ticket on hold again for a few days to give BT time to complete the work.
