Hi, I've requested a regrade, to get my line up to 1mb. However, after adding credit card details, ive heard no more!
Ive asked for a update through contact us, but still no reply - any body have any info? Thanks,

How long ago did you request the regrade and how long have you been waiting since you asked for an update?

Your line needs to be checked before this can proceed and this is done by BT so PlusNet may still be waiting to hear if this was successful or not.
