trunkated emails

I've had several emails recently that have only half down-loaded. In each case the message suddenly terminates and I get an = sign.

For example:

We have had Hornets in our Horley garden as regular summer visitors for the
last few years. This year, for the first time, we found a nest. It is just
outside our back door in an otherwise disused woodcrete tit nest box hanging
under a lean-to where we pot up plants and do other gardening jobs. We
discovered it a couple of weeks ago when it had larvae in a number of cells=

I wonder if anyone knows what is happening and whether it can be prevented??
I'm using Windows XP home edition, and Outlook Express.
TIA

You need to logon the webmail and see if its doing it on there. If its ok on there then download it and see if it happens.

If it only happens when you download we then know its Outlook/network related. If its done on webmail then its something Plus nets end or the senders end.

I see where you are coming from. The problem is that I get dozens of emails per day and this only happens about once a week. I hardly ever use webmail. But I'll try and look at webmail from ttt.

Certainly if the issue is also occuring in Webmail then it is something that we need to investigate for you.

Keep us posted..

If you set Outlook Express to leave a copy of the message on the server then you just need to check webmail next time it happens.
