tracert result shows different

After raising a ticket to point out that altho I am on premier & pay £21.99 Winmtr & tracert show that I am still on homesurf restrictions . +net support tracert did not show the same as mine & altho they confirm 'yes you are on premier ' how come my tracert still shows homesurf & my connection at certain times seems throttled. I do not have 'suf' enabled in the portal either

tracert result shows different

The tests Plusnet perform are from the oposite end of the connection (to you, rather than from you), this don't show the Homesurf routers.

First off, I suggest enabling the Surf option and maiting 30 mins or so, then reconnect.

Then disable it, wait 30 mins and reconnect.

If you still see the same problems then, reraise a ticket and reply here.

I tried that already to no avail, my current ticket is still in the pot but not had a reply since yesterday, I guess If they can't remedy it it will get ignored till it times out.

got reply from CS, it is being further looked into as I definately appear to be on homesurf as I suspected :twisted: Evil
