When did you request the activation?

Is this an activation on a new line or did you take over the line from someone else.

Is it as a result of a house move?

It can take 7 -> 10 days for the process to complete but can be delayed for many reason, some of which are:

1) The line previously had broadband and the ADSL tag has not been removed - a new activation cannot be pu on a line until a cease had been completed for the previous owner.

2) If this is due to a house move with the same number this can add up to 10 additional days to the activation time.

Best bet is to either raise a ticket or ring the support number at the bottom of the page.

Hi there,

Your order has been placed, and is due to complete today.

At some point you will lose connectivity to your current supplier, you will then need to enter your PlusNet details into your modem/router and you'll be connected through us.

The order is yet to complete. One of the Provisioning Team is currently on the phone to BT to find out the latest.

Please accept my apologies for the delays that you are experiencing.

According to BT, your order has been assigned to an engineer and should still complete today as expected, although it is likely to be in the eveninig.
