Already raised a ticket thanks. I have tried 2 Alcatel Speed Touch modems, 3 splitters, 2 phone sockets, I have the current drivers. Only had adsl for a few days so Im not sure if I've configure everything correctly. Any idea's I would be grateful for any input.

Have you searched through the forums. There are many other threads on slow/bad connectuions where advice has been given. Also check out the tutorials forum and troubleshooting FAQs on the portal.
