slow adsl speeds

Since the 25th October this year, BT have been reporting your exchange as Red, with reagrds to possible speed issues.

This information can be found HERE

It can take 3 or more weeks for data to show up on the exchanges tracker, from when customer first start experiancing issues. This means from the 4th Ovtober and possibly before.

There is currently liittle you can do, but waitin until the ETA date passes, or BT revise the date. The ETA is surrently set to the 24th of this month.
