Hi,

I ordered a broadband and it has been successful however I haven't received the router yet. It stated in the tracker that the router has been sent.

Please help!!

Have you been activated earlier than the date specified in the tracker?

Normally the ADSL equipment is sent 1 or 2 days prior to the expected activation date but sometimes it arraives a day or so late.

I activated my broadband on the specified date in the tracker using my own router. However, now I can't make the Internet connection.

Would you please reactivate my broadband as soon as possible.
