Hi, Been on MAX for nearly 20days now but no speed increase.

I can confirm that your line was upgraded to the MaxDSL service on 03/05/06. During the first 10 days the line will be self adaptive as it will be trying to determine what the optimum speed is on your line. However, this process doesn't appear to have been completed on your line.

Anyone else got this open ticket still in thier help centre? Any idea when i will get my upgrade?

We have still not received any speed reports from BT stating your MSR, this is an ongoing issue and we are currently dealing with BT on this. Once we receive the report your speed will be changed to suit.
