"Upgrade to Broadband"?

Hi There

I moved into my new place and yesterday ordered Plusnet broadband (option 2). When I checked the order tracker last night it was at the "checking details" section. However this morning the order tracker says that it is not presently at any section and the 2nd stage (which was "checking details") has been replaced with a message / link saying "Upgrade to broadband".
Could you tell me if I have to do anything special, or if this is just a blip when could I expect to have my connection activated?

Thank you James. I just had a message from Laura and it seems that I need the phone line activated with BT (nothing is ever straightforward lol). When I call back what department should I select in the menu?

Hi,

Laura's just tried to call you and left a message on your answering machine.

Basically, your new number is not showing up on the BT system as being active yet and a phonecall to 150 might help speed up the process Smiley
