premier account has limited data tranfer

I've got a broadband premier account option but when I want to use the internet I am always sent to a plusnet page which says I have reached my transfer limit - and I am limited to using the plusnet site only. (I've used about 10GB peak time).
Plusnet say that I should be unlimited but they don't seem to know how to take the limit off so I can get back to normal use.
As this is the 3rd connection issue I've had in the last couple of months I am very annoyed with plusnet - it's very difficult to find anything positive to say about them nowadays.

Hi there,

Where do PlusNet say you should be unlimited. There are no unlimited accounts. Your premier account is subject to the FUP and SUP as detailed here and here I hope that helps a bit.

Premier account browsing speed will always be limited.
Premier accounts should not be limited to browsing the plusnet site only (it gets very boring).
I hope this is clearer for you.
Thanks to plusnet for sorting the problem (even if I did have to hold for 1hr).
They said that they were logging me on as PAYG.

they were when i signed up :p -- damn plusnet for not actualy being able to provide the BW that they should.
