i would like to know how many people have tried to leave plusnet after 12 month period to be told they have a deffered set up fee that wasnt explained about at time of purchase? i for one tried to leave after beeing a very good customer and was told i have to pay £67 to leave in deffered fees! not only that my account has been switched from an unlimited download to a 4 gig download package! how do these companys get away with it? will look forward to any replies if this isnt taken off like the the last one i wrote!!
It was explained at the time of purchase. You just didn't read it properly. You chose the option to have your startup fees amortised over an extended period, and if you want to leave within that period then you have to pay up.
