plus.net confirmation

Hi,
According to the order tracker on the BT site my order for DSL was completed on saturday, but i haven't received a confirmation email from plus.net yet. My hardware comes today.

How long will it take for plus.net to complete my dsl order? And do i need to wait for the confirmation, or can i just connect my hardware up and go?

What is the URL for the BT tracker - I'd like to check how far my ADSL order has got within BT!

To be honest I didn't get any confirmation until a couple of days later, basically when your hardware arrives plug it in and give it a go! It will probably work fine.

Actually i meant the order tracker on the bt site, it shows you completion dates for anything ordered to your bt account, so you can see when your DSL test will be completed, or as in my case, if it's been completed already!
Sadly i can't remember the URL and have since cleared my caché. It took a while to find too Sad


all my hardware is connected and i can't get online, i'm assuming this is because i haven't recieved my confirmation from plus.net...
If there's nothing left for them to do, then something is wrong with my setup!
Anyone got any ideas?

Don't panic until you've had confirmation from Plusnet that you're active. BT may not yet have informed Plusnet that the job's done; they're not reknowned for their speedy reactions. Smiley
