please help

I am ready to think that Plusnet have no support staff.

My line has been down since early yesterday, and I have no acknowledgement from Plusnet of the fault.

I even drove from home to my office (2.5 hours) so I could use the internel and create a Broadband fault.

I did this at 11.35AM and I still have no answer from support.

If I try calling I spend up to 85 minutes on the phone without speaking to support.

Please before you lose another customer - someone help
