no emails in or out since changingover to broadband

Since changing over from dial-up to broadband three weeks ago I have been unable to receive or send emails despite trying everything and setting up as indicated on Plusnet site. I have had to set up a Hotmail account but this is cumbersome and not what I really want. Cry Cry Cry

I had a difficult time setting mine up, but eventually follwing the guidlines from plus net. It did work.
