On 30th April I reported no ADSL light on any modem I had. I have tried ALL the tests, major socket, unplug all others etc still no signal. After it was sent to Tiscali it started working after about 4 days. Then a week later it went dead and it took 7 days to fix it. Then it went again, I am now 11 days. Plusnet say its with tiscali, and when they tested the line they say its working OK, if it was at their end it certainlt wasn't at mine.
Its been sent back to Tiscali, but still no signal.
Plusnet refuse to tell me what Tiscali said was wrong on the two occasions they fixed the problem.
What else can I do other than wait for plusnet / Tiscali to fix it, and if they do how do I make sure it doesnt happen again.
I have tried other modems etc and none show a ADSL light
Any advice would be gratefully accepted
