just got this message - We would like to inform you that your Contact Us Ticket ID [ 13402682 ] has now been returned to the BOT - Regrades Due pool. A member of our Support Team will investigate your issue as soon as possible........what the ,,,,,,,,i was expecting it to all go thru today and then get this message,does this mean theres a prob with my upgrade,,, cheers p

Your ticket gets put on hold when PlusNet submit your order to BT. The ticket is automatically taken off hold and put back in the ticket pool on a certain date (today in your case), so that PlusNet can check with BT that your order has been completed.
