The tag was removed from my line on 20/12/06 - but my `order status` shows (as it has done for ages) that there was a problem found checking my line. The problem should now have been removed, when will my plusnet account be activated?

It can take up to 2 weeks for all the various BT systems to get updated and only then will an ADSL order be processed.
