You may be synced at 6304 now, but sometime in the last three days or so you have synced at around 135. You need to track down what caused that low sync.

If you remain synced at your current speed it will rise again automatically in around 3 days.

Spot on there Elvin yes on saturday I moved my computer downstairs and it did sync for som unkown reason at that speed. However this only happened once for a short while I rebooted and it synced at 6meg and surfing and download speeds were good.

So what happens now how do I get it back to normal

Thanks for quick reply

Leave it for 3-5 days. If you remain synced at that speed it should all return to normal.

Not a lot PN can do, this is down to the way BT run MaxDSL at the exchange.

As long as the router doesn't sync low again in the next 3 days the IP profile should be lifted again. If there is no change after 3 days then let us know so we can have a look.
