my ADSL line was activated 5 days ago, but i can't connect b

I have called the helpline many times, but no one can give me a definite answer of my problem. Can anyone help me about it? Thank you.

If you have a look at contact us. You will see that after your call to support, a fault has been raised to BT.

We now await BT to check the work they did. As it is liukely that they did not configure your line correctly.
