having sent a ref.no from BT to plus.net i am expecting my broadband to be up and running today as that is what BT said would happen. It is done at the exchange. Although the line was activated last Friday 29 December due to the line having been cut did not get line activated till BT engineer could come and fix it again on Tuesday 2nd January. Not had satisfactory help via the question section at plus. net. Why do we need to get plus.net to do the broadband when BT say they can transfer it for free. very confused here.
