migration time scale ?

Anyone know what the average time scale is on a migration from another ISP, only my old ISP have confirmed they have closed my account and BT have taken control of my line, but still 3 days later no signal from plus.net. How do I confirm a timescale, and when to report that I still have no signal. I was told migrations can infact take place inside a few hours from one ISP to another, but I'm on about my 5th day of no broadband. Regards...

Hi

You say there is still no signal on your line.
Are you saying that your modem/router does not synch at all with the exchange? (ie no dsl light on modem/router)

I will PM someone for you, but the PN Comms team are a little thin on the ground atm. (Holidays/building move etc).

I do now have broadband, and everything looks fine. I think when I asked for the migration I put a date of the 10/10/2006 as a date I wanted it by, but that seems to be the date they sorted it so maybe I should of put an earlier date. Anyway alls well that ends well.
Thanks
