maxDSL or LLU - How can I tell?

Hi'Yall

As it seems plusnet will not answer my questions when I raise a Ticket. Perhaps one of you kind folks can tell me how do I workout if I have been covertly migrated to Tiscalis LLU? Are there any of my router stats I could look at to work it out?

#connected with ITU G.DMT mode
##### Data Rate Interleave
#Downstream: 3648 Kbps, Upstream: 96 Kbps
#DOD:triggered internally

Thanks
Steve

Look at your upstream sync rate from your stats.
If it's 448k, you're on Max. If it's more than this, it's LLU.

Instead of using your logon name of user@plusdsl.net to log on, try using one of the following:
bt_test@startup_domain
testing@dslconnect.co.uk

Note these won't let you get access to the Internet, but will let your modem or router connect and obtain an IP address (not your normal one)

If the bt_test one works, you haven't been LLUd
If the bt_test one doesn't work and the dslconnect one does, you ARE on LLU.
