hi im trying to upgrade to the 2mb line from my current 512kb service but the website seems to be taking me in circles.

i am within "my account - upgrade account"....i then select "monthly broadband home 2mb" i then click on "go" this then takes me to a CONTACT US page where it goes to to explain about "upgrade your broadband" and "additional information" at the bottom of this screen there are 3 options "I am having problems with the automated system" (whihc takes me here) "Broadband Upgrade Request" and "Broadband Upgrade Guide" i select "broadband upgrade".....then it takes me to a "product services" page which is one page before where i orignally started?!?

Click on the "I am aving a problem link".

I too had the same issue, but not with a speed change. SImply note that it loops if you didn't chose that option.

The charge will depend on what your current account type is, and if or not your on a monthly contract (or if you have completed 12 months of a anual one).
