Can someone give me an email address for plusnet. I tried to move my broadband connection this morning to a different postal address. All is correct but as far as I know it has not gone through as the postcode was not recognised for the address/tel. no. yet ALL is correct. So to try and determine whether the change in connection will take place I tried looking for an email address for plusnet to question whether the change will take place and could find no email address on the site and so reverted to telephoning plusnet only to get 4 layers of choices down several routes and get redirected back to the website. This was the same on 3 tel. nos. I rang. This is incredibly frustrating when I am trying to move a busines yet am stumped by a simple problem that needs confirmation.
