Save the queue... just use options 4 then 3 - Straight through to customer service (Note the other options try to tell you to go to the website and some options will disconnect you). 4 then 3 and you'll speak to a human.
I need a new signature... i'm bored of the old one!

But doing that it might not be the correct department, different options on the phone bring you to different sections in here. It is worthwhile taking the extra 30 seconds on the phone to choose the right options.
