Hi i have recently seen NTL are limiting customers downloads to 1 gig per day , is this true and will you be doing anything like this?..

question 2 is when will the 1-2meg conections be ready for home users...if so??

Wait until it's a technical query, then it takes time. Yours was a simple routine question.

As for your problem, have yout ried programs like AdAware, as Spy/AdWare tends to play these sorts of tricks

RE: http freeze

Hi Chris,

Have you tried changing the DNS settings used by your machine?

As a test, can you try changing these to:

212.159.13.49 and 212.159.13.50

These DNS servers are currently in testing and may prove to be faster for you. I would be most interested in your feedback!
