how much notice needed to give before leave pn?

Hi its the 5th day of me getting bad dl speeds,on a 2mb conection yet dl speeds are no higher than 20 k sec.

noway am i happy paying £21.99 a month for this.

soon as my contract is up im out of here

The T&C (which of course you read in full before applying for ADSL) state what your notice period is (click the legal link at the bottom of the page).

It is 30 days within which you still pay any normal monthly fees. You also have to complete any contractural terms like the full 12 months if on an annual contrcat and payment of any deferred fees for ADSL activation and hardware or deferred migration fees if leavinging within 12 months of arriving.

ok but just done the speed test!

just done speed test and all im getting is 520k.im on the premier 2mb broadband.

my internet was fine a week ago but now its a joke.


any ideas?

I have a 4MB connection and just got this from my speed test:

Now aint that something. I've opened another ticket but if I dont get a reply tonight I'll have no option but to leave. I mean if they cant even be bothered to answer the customers enquiry, then there's no point in staying or paying £29.99 a month.
