I have just joined plusnet. I would appreciate some further info on the redirect facility. The instructions say you can use this to redurect email eg when on holiday, but you cannot have a redirect with the same name as an existing mailbox. So how can you achieve this without deleting an account and setting up a new redirect account with the same name?? I like to collect my emails via outlook at home but always *forward* them to another account i can see at work as well(as I can't access webmail at work) Can I achieve this on plusnet? The redirect account i set up to test things is not accessible as a mailbox itself, so this would seem difficult to achieve. any suggestions? am i missing something?
