Pardon me for being a bit dim, but why do they send 2 microfilters when there is only 1 ADSL cable to connect.

I have 2 phones runnining off the main BT socket via i doubler, obviously 1 microfilter goes before the doubler (with the 2 phones connected) and the ADSL lead goes into the socket on the microfilter.

So what the hell do you do with the other one, just can't figure it out.

RE: dim

you don't have to do anything with it! it's provided so you can connect 2 phones if you don't put a filter on before the splitter.

on the other hand, you could give it to me!

RE: dim

It is so when the connection does not work they can ask you to try the other filter in case there is a fault with the filter :cheese:

Still has not solved my intermitent connection problem (5 days and running)Sad
