current service levels

Why should i have to pay for my connection this month. For 3 weeks now my connection has been so slow and intermitent that agian i have had to resort to using my 56k modem.

Really am quite fed up of the complete lack of a consistent service, just one problem after another.

Shouldnt we get some sort of refund when it goes on for so long?Huh

that would be nice but in the Terms and Conditions there are no guarantee's on the uptime of the service therefore no refund it looks like Sad

We should only be paying for 56k service, seeing this is all we are getting - if we are lucky!
