can't connect for one weeks

since friday past, i have been unable to connect to broadband. i am using a voyager 105 ADSL modem. the DSL light is flashing and will not sync. i've tried changing all filters in the house, changed modems and routers. no joy and whats worse is i can't get in contact with PusNet.
did anyone ever have this problem?
WHAT DO I DO?!?!?!?!?!?!? Sad
