Hi I hope I explain myself ok and that you can understand the problem I fear may occur when we are changed to LLU with Tiscali.

If and when PlusNet customers are moved to LLU service with Tiscali will this mean that when we have a problem with our service, do we put our complaint to PlusNet who then have to pass that complaint on to Tiscali, who then sort the problem out and then let PlusNet know that the problem has been fixed, then plusnet then sends an email letting us know the problem has been sorted. Or if no sorted and more information is needed, do we go through the same process all over again :?:

I hope I have made myself understood as this could be a big headache.

It should be no different from the present system.

You open a ticket with Plusnet and if necessary they would refer it to Tiscali instead of BT.

Actually there will be 3 parties involved. BT, Tiscali and Plusnet.
