RE: and you wonder why i miss cable

Over the past few days , i have conducted bandwith tests, and i am recieving on average 40 kbps, is there a reason for this, when im downloading files i am getting 3-4kbps, this is less than what you would get a 56k modem connection, if this is not resolved i will cancel the service and def not recommend this service to anyone as i am very unhappy and frustrated with this product.

RE: and you wonder why i miss cable

When they first rolled back at 2am ish last night it was good for me too.

But only lasted 1 hour.

I cant upload anything and my download is slow.
i have a few accounts with broadcast providers, which i will probably now need to canel since i can no longer upload anything to RealServer.
Nor can i upload by FTP. there just doesnt seem to be any upload power there.

I wish they would just ban me, and tear up my contract. then i could join Telewest, Blueyonder is right under my street. I can't stand all this until next April when my year contract runs out.
