ZOOM modems and WIndows XP

According to Zoom technical suuport, the solution for ZOOM modem problems is as follows:-

Uninstall the modem and by re-boot unplug the adsl modem. Then install it as normal, but
instead of selecting the self install option, select other and click next. Then you will
get an option of which drivers you can use, select the WAN driver. This should solve your
problem.

Hope this helps anyone who has been having troubles.
