Your order is being submitted to BT for ADSL activation

Hi folks

My ADSL activation has been reading "Your order is being submitted to BT for ADSL activation" since July 31st and nothing has changed since. I *have* posted a message to support last night, but as of yet, no reply.

How do I go about obtaining a BT tracking number to actually see if anything has been done so far?

What do you mean by posted?

If you have sent an email you will only get the automated reply and it will not be looked at as email is not the regognized way of raising a query.

If you havent done so already you need to raise your question using the link:Contact us system which will guarantee a reply.

In that case you will get a reply.

However I know that the provisioning team have a backlog due to things going wrong at BT's end a few days ago so they were catching up at last count.
There may be a slight delay because of this.
