What 's the peak time?

Hi,
I received this message from your company. Could you please tell me if there is any download limitation in the Broadband Plus package and what the peak time you claimed is? I really got confused. Thank you!

Dear Mr ****,

Your peak usage for this billing month has exceeded the product design
therefore Level 2 Broadband Plus usage management has been applied to your
service during peak hours. Your Broadband service will continue to be
managed until your next billing date at which time peak-time usage
management will be removed. If your peak usage continues to increase
further peak-time usage management may be applied to your service.

Please reduce your usage and schedule large downloads for off-peak hours.
Alternatively you could upgrade to a broadband service better suited to
your needs. We recommend Broadband Premier or Broadband PAYG for customers
who want a service optimised for data-intensive activities -

Thank you for your cooperation.

Kind Regards,

Ok, again, the level 4 limitation immediately.

"Please reduce your usage and schedule large downloads for off-peak hours."

How the hell can I do that? I even have no time!

To all of those who have had email warnings think yourself lucky.

Apart from zero kbs download speeds using p2p before Midnight the notification I had was the email stating that level 4 restrictions had been removed as I had just passed my billing date.

Plus Net you suck!

Im on a monthly contract as and soon as I get paid Im going elsewhere I dont give a sh*t if I have to pay £58 to do so.

100GB off peak and 30GB peak was ok with me but how the hell can you justify having a 16 hour peak period! Especially as I work nights and I get home at 6am which gives me a full 2hours off peak usage. GREAT!
