We can't yet tell you if your broadband activated!

Hi there... I am currently away from home, but checked up on my order and saw it said:

"We can't yet tell you if your broadband activation was completed on: 19th Sep 2006 - After 12pm"

Has anyone else had this?

I find it strange that they can't tell.. Maybe BT just isn’t doing their job.

Another problem is it say report it to the help assistant, but I can't even see an option for a failed activation.

I have already been waiting since the start of the month for activation, and the good things I heard about plusnet are starting to ring untrue.

So anyone out there, that has experienced this, please help.

Is this of any use?

Can you post what the output of the BT ADSL Checker says about your line?? (Just the paragraph at the bottom will do)
