A few years ago, if there was a problem with one of our internet connections it could be logged via "raise ticket".

Now, i've got to go through a "Help Wizard" or is it "No Help Whatsoever Wizard", the system just freezes!!!!!

I'm unable to get through on the phone....possibly connected to recent problemsHuh?, when i do get through, i've been on hold for 30 minutes+ (this morning is a good example).

Can someone from PlusNet contact me!!!!

We are not happy at all!!!

Thanks for your concern, but we are going to move all our accounts to another ISP, having just spent the last 20 minutes phoning PlusNet, getting cut-off, arriving at dead-ends with the automated service, then getting cut-off, we have had enough Evil
