Very angry, Very Unhappy soon to be ex-customer

I have had this ADSL service for 5 months now and it has NEVER, EVER worked!

I am on my 2nd or 3rd modem....

I either this is resolved in the next 24hours or You take the modem back and REFUND the cost of the modem, installation and all my wasted line rental.

If this is not done to my satisfaction I will contact my local trading standards officer, OFTEL and a number of magazines for whom I am providing articles and photographs.

I have not managed to send or receive a single packet of data via your service.

As far as I am concerned ADSL with means

A=Absolutely
D=Disappointing
S=Service
L=Level

Might I suggest that posting your telephone number is not the best thing to do on the Internet?

Thread locked - Absolutely no need to cross post this sort of thing. We will do our best to help, but we need you to work with us. Given the way your fault sounds, I imagine you will have the same problem whichever ISP you are with.
