Upgrading BroadBand

Hi

I am thinking about upgrading my broadband to "Business" from the PlusNet Broadband Premier Option 2.

I am not bothered about the free routers, VoIP etc (have that already)

With the Business product, do you still get peak times and off-peak times?. I need a package which I can use during the business day for file transfer.

So is the Business product for me?.

Regards

James

I think the question here is, do you plan to use it for Business purposes?

If not, have you looked at our new Broadband Your Way Packages? For an equivalent price to what you are paying now, you can get Broadband Your Way Option 4 @ £29.99 with extra usage and extra features such as the ability to flex up extra usage if you need it.

There is no peak/off-peak differentiation on Business products, but bear in mind that we don't consider heavy usage of Peer-2-Peer or USENET typical Business usage.

Hi

Yes, I am setting up a business.

Will be connecting to customer offices using VPN's (using my router)

I will also have a look at option 4 as you suggested.

What do you class USENET typical Business usage?

Thanks

Text usenet will be prioritised on a business account so you'd see good performance on this but binary usenet won't be. Overnight speeds on binary usenet downloads would be OK, but during the day and evening you'd see a slow down.
