Unable to get website http://sweet.tomtom.com/help

For some reason I am unable to download tomtom updates or connect from sweet.tomtom.com
I have NIS 2005 and a BT Voyager 2100 router used on a wired connection only.
In the firewall section of NIS I get
a packet with an invalid TCP header length of 0 bytes from sweet.tomtom.com (193.173.148.210) was detected and blocked.

I have disabled Norton Internet Security and tried but the site still failed to dowmload.

I have tried on another computer without NIS Installed
and the site still failed. I get Internet Explorer cannot display the web page.
I use IE7 but have tried and failed with IE6 and Firefox.
I can only assume that there is a problem with the Router for this specific site address. Is this possible?
Any One have any Ideas please.
sweet.tomtom.com does work as a friend of mine tried it on a differrent computer and isp and modem/router.

(TomTom support are still working on it for me I hope)

have you tried
http://www.tomtom.com/plus/service.php?ID=17

to see if that works. What DNS are you using? ipconfig /all to get it.

I managed it in the end courtesy of another forum
The MTU on Configuration manager should have been on 1500
and the Internet configuration MTU configuration also should have been on 1500
Once both edited and re booted. It worked
