Ummmmmm....another regrade problem!

I just migrated from an old Zen BT engineer install product and put my regrade request in yesterday. I now have the following message against my ticket (13369735) ..........

(internal note) Automatic regrade process: Could not regrade automatically; BT products "BT IPStream 500 (USB)" and "BT IPStream Home 1000" are listed as incompatible

Does this mean that it will take longer as it is going to have to be a manual regrade? :?

I'm not too sure on the migrations myself, but I'm sure someone else will confirm it all.
You can't, the forum uses your normal PlusNet username, sorry.

As far as im aware its a 2 step regrade from usb500 to home500 then to home 1000, you may also have to return some equiptment to bt?.

Bt no longer expect any equipment returned from the original engineer install products.

The note on the ticket is an internal one to tell provisoning a 2 stage regrade is required which will be done manually. Note each change will take 7 days so you may not get 1Mb for 14 days.
