Hi,

Can someone please have a look at ticket# 20179338 (thats my sisters account)

Since being moved to llu in August she has either been unable to connect, or only connected at very low speeds (highest seen is 96kbps). (Removing all phone kit makes no difference)
Naturally she is very angry with the situation, and it now seems that once again shes going to have to go through a process of slowly increasing the line speed until a reasonable speed is reached.

Before being moved to llu she connected at 1.1mbps

This was escalated to our Wholesale Supplier and I can see looking at the ticket that it has been replied to this morning.

They now believe the fault to be resolved.
