It took me nearly a month to get my ADSL up and running, what with one thing and another....bt getting my cli number wrong etc (dozy dicks)and when I was finally activated I couldn't bring up any pages although I was connected, I was assigned the wrong ip address. But on Monday afternoon a nice bloke from plusnet phoned me up and told me he thought he knew what the prob was (the wrong ip address)and he was right, and lo and behold I was up and running. I think the bloke who phoned me up was just as excited as I was (well nearly)to get the problem sorted. I'd just like to say a big thank you to plusnet especially the geezer who sorted my problem, and it's nice to know there are some people who work on bank holidays unlike some we know. And to all those who are waiting for there adsl, trust me it's worth the wait.
