System keeps disconnecting?

I have upgraded to Paygo1000 and system keeps disconnecting.
Ive rebooted my Zoom modem by dissing its supply but its still happening. I never had any probs with Paygo500?, any help would be appreciated, but please in laymans terms as I am not to clued up on PCs! Thanks J Carter.

If your modem gives line stats, SNR( sometimnes called noise margin) and attenuation please post them.

Hi Jon, Thanks for your reply, but I do not know where to get this info. My PC is a Dell Dimension with Windows XP, if you could advise where I would search for that I would be grateful.

Hi.
Not knowing which modem you've got I can't help at the moment. If it is a router/modem then you should be able to find them somwhere through the browser interface. If it is usb then I ain't got a clue and you will need someone with windows experience.
