Support - please can you answer ticket 20310422

Can someone from the support team answer ticket 20310422. I have asked 4 times for a date for when my broadband connection move will be complete and no one has answered.

I hope you used the move request form.
We couldn't use the form (because our new phone line wasn't active before the move) so tried to do it via a support request - which was ignored for a week until we then sent it via the move form. Then the move took the standard 5 days but they never did explain why the original had been ignored.
