Static IP; grief sending to aol addresses

Sad I've found I'm getting e mails to AOL users bounced as it seems someone [an aol subscriber one assumes] has said that my IP generates Spam, which it doesn't.

Anyone else had this :?: . I
've filled in a complaint form on AOL website, but am none too hopeful.
They won't advise you who made claim so very difficult to resolve. :!:

Are you sending direct from your host, or via the +net mail relay? If the former, you will have problems becaus AOL often blacklists IPs that they know are not ISP mail relays. If the latter, then it will probably go away once whatever server it is is removed from whatever list AOL happen to be using.

AOL grief

Thanks:am using Outlook express, with another isp address I relay via +Net. for business use.
It seems to be my static IP number it doesnt like, and I can't alter that with DSL service.
