The packet loss may be a contributing factor in your issue and it looks like it may be within BTs network (because the loss is consistant on all the hops you see so is likely to be a loss before the first hop) or your router is losing packets. Have you tried a power cycle on the router and if that does not help, disconnect from the wallsocket for 30 minutes then try again..
You need to raise a contact us ticket for this if the abobe does not help so PlusNet can investigate further and most likely pass the issue to BT.
